Leaking Solution was poured
directly into tank. Call Service 1.800.522.0020
Solution bottle cap
not secured tightly. Tighten solution bottle cap.
Out of E-Z Seal. Refill E-Z Seal flap moistening
bottle.
Leak in solution tubing. Call Service 1.800.522.0020

Remove bottle and refill solution or
reposition bottle.
Flap Moistening
Envelopes not stacked
properly. Review the method of stacking mail in
4 - Running Mail.
Flap size is not within
specifications Use envelopes with flaps from 1 in. to
3-7/8 in. deep.
