Tape pieces or paper slivers
are blocking knife path.
Clear pieces from knife path.
If problem continues call for
service at 1.800.522.0020
Tape is catching on
moistening brush.
Remove tape brush and
reset in its holder to an
appropriate length.

Adhesive is extending
beyond tape backing.
When loading pressure
sensitive tape, be sure entire
tape edge at feed roller is
covered with protective
backing.

roll is torn or folded
under tape roller.
Remove tape from under
roller. Cut tape for straight
edge. Reinsert tape leading
edge under roller and ensure
it is not crimped or folded.
