12.4.2 The keys and their functions

There are six keys to change the settings.

Important note

Do not press these keys with sharp or sharp-edged objects such as pencils or
screwdrivers.


Cursor keys:

Using the cursor keys, the operator can change numerical values, give YES/NO answers
and select parameters. Each key is assigned a symbol in the following table:

Cursor key, arrow to the right

Cursor key, arrow to the left

Cursor key, arrow to the top

5

Cursor key, arrow to the bottom

Esc key:

The “Esc” key allows you to cancel the current action.

Pressing Esc moves you to

the next higher level where the operator can repeat the action. Pressing Esc twice moves
you directly to the MEASURED VALUES functional class.

ENTER key:

Pressing

↵ (ENTER key) moves you from the menu level to the parameter level. You

confirm all entries with the

key.
