voltage drop is also a possibility.)
The enable switch (deadman switch/safety gate) is off

A system-shutdown level error is present.

An emergency stop is currently actuated (other than in the update mode).
A cold-start level error is present.
An operation-cancellation level error is present.
Waiting for a drive-source cutoff reset signal to be input
