Observe the voltage.
Verify the charger voltage is 11.97V-12.43V.

On the Test Fixture set the switch to 20 Ohms.
Verify the charger voltage is 9.50V-11.87V.

On the Test Fixture set the switch to 27 Ohms.
Verify the charger voltage is 11.97V-12.43V.

Remove the charger load Test Fixture.

Connect the universal cable to the Impulse
4000.

Press the ENERGY SELECT UP ARROW
button until 200J is displayed.
Verify 200J is displayed.

Press the CHARGE button and start timing with
a stopwatch. Stop timing when the SHOCK
button illuminates.
Verify charge time is between 3-10 seconds.

Press the ENERGY DOWN ARROW button.
Verify the unit internally discharged.
