From the Home screen, scroll to and touch the
Administration
button.

Open the following menus:

Fax Receive Settings

Fax Receive Setup

Touch the
Ringer Volume
drop down menu and then select one of the following ringer volume
settings:
●
Off
●
Low
(default)
●
High

Touch the
Save
button to save the ringer volume setting.
Set rings-to-answer
The rings-to-answer setting determines the number of times the phone rings before the call is answered
by the fax accessory.
NOTE:
The default setting range for rings-to-answer is country/region-specific. The range of possible
rings-to-answer is limited by country/region.
