Without MODE(RESYNC): Specifies the consistency group
number nn to which the pair will belong.
With MODE(RESYNC): Specifies that all M-VOLs in the
consistency group should be resynchronized.
nn must specify the consistency group number of the
addressed device or the master volume number.
d specifies the delay option for
command retry due to sidefile:
0 = normal delay for command retry
starting at HWM
N = no delay time: no command retry
delay due to sidefile for this pair.
Use the N setting only for a limited number of critical
volumes. D = dummy pair mode (nn must specify the master
volume number).

cmd_param
This parameter is for
TrueCopy for Mainframe
Async only. For TrueCopy
