Sliding the ring stabilizer onto the ring
3. Slide the ring stabilizer all the way around the ring until it is
about 4 inches (10 cm) from the welded metal band at the other
end of the ring.
Moving the ring stabilizer into position
4. Position the ring with the downstream edge (edge with the
holes) facing you.
