Harmonic phase angle The instrument measures the
angle between the single har-
monic of “V” and the single
harmonic of “I” of the same
order. According to the value
of the electrical angle, it is
possible to know if the distor-
tion is absorbed or generated.
Note: if the system has 3
wires the angle cannot be
measured.
Harmonic details The harmonic contents is dis-
played as a graph showing
the whole harmonic spec-
trum. This value is also given
as a numerical information:
