Jogging
Jogging is used to add small increments of material to reach or exceed the target weight.
The jog levels are used to adjust the amount of time the open gate control will be held on depending on how
far we are from the target weight.
If we are within the Jog Tolerance, no jogging will be done. Otherwise, the distance from the target will be
used to determine the jog level, and the jog level is used to determine how much time (0.00 to 0.80 seconds)
is to be added to the minimum jog time to determine the actual jog time.
