DOT HEADER: Will print when “State Regulatory” mode under
“Application Parameter”, “Batching Preferences” is
set to a parameter other then “NONE”

HEADER TEXT LINES: There are 6 header text lines divided into
left and right sides. The company name, address
and plant location were entered in left lines
1 thru 5.

Entries made using “DELIVERY INSTRUCTION SCREEN” soft key when creating an
order.

When an order is being defined and the “State Regulatory Mode” is
set to “MNDOT” the “JOB” parameter displayed on the order screen is where
the “State Project Number” will be entered. When the MNDOT ticket is
printed “JOB” will be replaced by “State Project#”.
When in MNDOT “State Regulatory” mode “JOB DETAIL” is converted to
“BRIDGE #” on the order screen and MNDOT ticket.
