Preact Record Not in Database

There was no matching preact record for a material in a mix.

Quantity More Than Ordered

The amount requested for a load was more than the total requested for the order.

Quantity More Than Remaining

The amount requested for a load was more than the remaining amount for the order.

Remaining < Plant Minimum

The amount requested for a load would leave the remaining amount for the order lesss
than the plant minimum batch size.

Save/Undo Changes First

Changes to the current order must be either saved or cancelled before switching to a
different order.

Scale Database Error

EX Change Criticals is being used to change the discharge flow rates for either weigh
hoppers or loss in weight material bins with inching discharge gates and no such
discharge gates were found.

Scale in Motion

The CB-2 is about the check dispensed material tolerances but the scale is in motion.

Scale not in Database

The scale connected to a supply bin (location record) is not found in the scales database.

Scale Zero Failed

The request to zero a scale failed.

Parameter Name Shorter Than NN

The string type parameter was shorter than the specified minimum.

Small Amount Remaining

This error occurs if a total amount is specified that is greater than the maximum but is less
than two times the minimum. This means it is too big for a single draft but too small for
two. This should not occur if the customer has set up their plant parameters correctly
(min < 1/2 max).

Start Metering Failed

The attempt to start metering water to wash out a truck failed

String Too Long, No Change

A character string was entered as a CB-2 setup parameter that was too long.

Tolerance Error

A tolerance error (either scale zero tolerance or material dispensed tolerance) was
detected.

Too Many Batches/Load

Split batching is enabled and the number of batched required for the load size is too
many.

Truck Capacity Error

The requested load size is bigger than the capacity of the selected truck.

Update Failed

The requested update to an order record failed.

Value Over Max. No Change

An integer or real value was entered for a CB-2 setup parameter that was too large.

Value Under Min. No Change

An integer or real value was entered for a CB-2 setup parameter that was too low.

Weight Above Capacity

While attempting to do jog tuning the weight on the scale exceeded the scale capacity.

Zero Not Allowed

Zeroing is only allowed while the CB-2 is idle.

Zero Tolerance

The CB-2 is ready to use a scale hopper to weigh up material but it isn’t empty.
