When you cannot grab hold of the jammed paper,
(a) Open the Receiving Unit.
Remove the Recording Paper Box by pressing the latches located on both
sides of the Recording Paper Box.

(b) Remove the jammed paper by lifting two tabs located on both sides of the
Transmitting Guide Unit. (Lower side)
