PRINTOUT REPORTS AND LISTS
To help you maintain records of the documents you send and receive, as welt as
lists of the numbers you record, your facsimile machine is equipped to print out the
following reports and lists: a Journal, Individual Transmission Journal, One-
Touch/ABBR. No. list, Program list, and a FAX Parameter list.
Journal Printout
The “Journal" is a record of the iast 32 transactions (a transaction is performed each
time you send or receive a document). It is printed out automatically after every 32
transactions, but you can print it out manually in the following way;
