7.9.5 New Folder
This button creates a new folder in the current directory. To create a new folder:
1. Navigate to the directory where the NEW FOLDER will reside.
2. Tap NEW FOLDER.
3. Enter the NEW FOLDER name using the on-screen (or external) keyboard.
4. Tap OK.
7.10 System Presets
The SYSTEM PRESETS function allows entire system configurations to be stored in a network of Lake
devices. This enables fast retrieval and switching of configurations as there is minimal data being sent
between the Controller and the devices.

System Presets are stored in each device and retrieved either via the Controller software (described in this
section), via the front panel of the device, or via the relevant Preset Manager utility.
The Preset icon will contain a lock icon is the Preset is locked, and/or a crossed tag icon if the Preset is set
to Exclude Labels when the Preset is recalled. For further information on using the Preset Manager Utilities,
please refer to chapter 27.
7.10.1 Storing a System Preset in Multiple Devices
To store the current system configuration in multiple Lake devices:
1. Set up the configuration as required.
2. From HOME, tap SYSTEM STORE/RECALL, then tap STORE SYSTEM. This ensures that you have a
backup of the exact data, which will be stored as a preset in the hardware.
3. Tap SYSTEM PRESETS.
