The software can not open a file. What could happen?
- The card files may be corrupted due to unsafe removal from the device.
- The card is wrong , unreadable or write-protected.
- The file has been recorded with a date that is not accepted by the program. Usually , the
faulty date has been generated in case that the device has lost the battery supplying the
clock.
The data is recorded with an incorrect date. Why?
The device records with the default date 01/01/2011 00:00h when the battery is empty and
is unable to maintain the clock.
For devices with rechargeable battery, connect the device to supply during 12 h to recharge
the battery and then configure the data before starting the recording process.
For devices with non rechargeable battery, change the battery by a new one.
