3. Click the adapter you are configuring (
AirPort

Built-in Ethernet
in
most cases) in the adapter list.
4. For Built-in Ethernet adapters, perform the following steps:
a. Click the
Configure
pull-down menu and select
Using DHCP
. Do
not enter
DNS Server
or
Search Domain
entries in this window.
b. Click the
Apply
button to close the network preferences panel.
5. For Wi-Fi only, perform the following steps;
a. Click the
Advanced
button.
b. Click
TCP/IP
.
c. Click the
Configure IPv4
pull-down menu and select
Using DHCP
.
d. Click the
OK
button to close the Advanced window.
e. Click the
Apply
button to close the Network preferences panel.
