Working with Zones
What are zones?
With BrightSign zones you can divide the screen into rectangles and play different content in
each rectangle. You can create the following types of zones:
• VideoORImages: This zone supports videos and images. This is the only zone that
supports videos.
• Images: This zone supports playback images. You create multiple image zones.
• RSS: This zone supports playback of a single RSS feed.
• Text: This zone plays static text.
• Clock: This zone displays the time and it requires the RESOURCES.TXT file.
Below are a few examples of zone layouts, but there are many other ways to arrange your zones
on the screen. The only rule you need to keep in mind is that Image zones cannot overlap. If there
