Appendix B: Exchange/Replacement

Chrondek’s unique exchange program was designed with client’s needs in mind. This is the quickest
and most economical way available for product repair. If a component has failed, Chrondek will send
the customer a replacement. The customer, in turn, sends the failed components to Chrondek. This not
only save money but also decreases the amount of time that the display is inoperable. In urgent
situations, every attempt is made to ship by the fastest transit method available.

1. Packaging for Return: Package and pad the item sell so that it will not be damaged in

shipment. Electronic components such as printed circuit boards either should be installed in
an enclosure or should be put in an anti-static bag before boxing.

Please enclose your name and address with all of the symptoms listed as best you can
describe them.
