b. b. b. b. Carefully pull the faceplate straight off the tape drive chassis. You may
need to press the unload button to disengage it from the front of the tape
drive (see Figure 7-7 ).

(the product labels on the tape drive are on the top).

Important The screws are not interchangeable. The LTO-2 tape drive uses
6-32 x 1/4 pan head phillips screws; the LTO-3 uses M3 x 5.5 PH
phillips screws.
