SETTING UP THE SHOOTING FUNCTION

QUALITY

• In STILL IMAGE and MACRO SHOT mode, you can select the image

data compression rate.

• The higher the Quality setting, the better the final image will be. However, the

high quality setting will require more memory and therefore reduce the

number of images you can store on the CF CARD.

• SUPER FINE is the highest quality and NORMAL is the lowest setting. Choose

the setting appropriate for your needs.

1. Rotate the mode dial to the SHOT mode.

2. Press the MENU button and press the UP ( ) / DOWN

( ) button and select [QUALITY].

3. Press the RIGHT ( ) button to select the [QUALITY]

sub menu.

4. Select the desired quality class by pressing the UP ( )

/ DOWN ( ) button. The default is SUPER FINE.

5. After selecting the desired quality class, press the OK

button to confirm the setting.

6. Press the MENU button to cancel the menu display.
