To register user (section) access numbers
1 Select the “ADMIN. MANAGEMENT”
menu.
❍ Refer to “ To select the “ ADMIN.
MANAGEMENT ” menu ” on
page 7-26 .
2 Press the [2] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “COPY TRACK”.
3 Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the 6-
digit administrator access number,
and then press the [Yes] key.
The “COPY TRACK” appears.
4 Using the and keys, select
“ACCESS NO. REG.?”, and then
press the [Yes] key.
5 Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the
desired access number for the
account (section), and then press the
[Yes] key.
❍ Enter a 3-digit access number.
❍ If you wish to correct the access
number, press the [No/C] key, and then use the 10-Key Pad to enter the new
number.
Once the access number is registered, a screen appears, allowing you to enter
the next access number to be registered.
