1 Is the media path dirty with toner? YES Clean it.
2 Is the PC Drum scratched or dirty? YES Replace the Drum Cartridge.
3 Is the Fusing Roller scratched or dirty? YES Replace the Fusing Unit
(Fusing Roller).
4 Is the problem eliminated after checks have
been made through step 3? NO Replace the Controller/Image
Control Board (PWB-I).
