Setting of RX Operations

Memory RX Mode

Memory RX Mode stores in memory the contents of a document received. The document is not
printed unless the machine receives a print out command. This feature provides a means of
controlling the documents received through fax. The print command may be a timer or password.

The print timer command causes the machine to start printing the document stored in memory
when the specified time arrives. The password print command, on the other hand, causes the
machine to start printing when a password is entered.

A print timer command can be used in combination with a password print command. When a print
timer command has previously been defined and if you want a printout before the set time, you can
enter the password to let the machine print the document earlier than the set time if a password
print command has also been set.
