Printing Reports
This machine is equipped with a report output function for various types of data. These
features are detailed in “Chapter 9 Printing Reports.”
Printing the Reports
Example: To print Activity Report:

Press the "Report" key repeatedly to scroll through the menus until you reach “PRINT
REPORT”.

Press the "Yes" key to access this function. The first display is “TX RESULT REPORT”.

Press the "Report" key to see the next report, do it until the “ACTIVITY REPORT” is
displayed.

Press the "Yes" key to print out the Activity Report.
Report Name Description
TX Result Report Prints a list of the result of a transmission after it has
been completed.
RX Result Report Prints out a list of the results when receiving a
confidential or multi-polling document, or when errors
occur during reception.
Activity Report Prints a list of results of the last 60 communications.
Memory Data List Prints a list of the documents to be transmitted or Polling
RX.
Memory Image Print Prints the part of the image of a document stored in
memory, which has yet to be transmitted.
One-Touch List Prints a list of destinations that have been programmed
for One-Touch Dial Keys.
Speed Dial List Prints a list of the destinations, which have been
programmed for the Speed Dial Keys.
Key Setting List Prints a list of the settings made for Group Dial and
Program Dial.
Machine Status List Prints a list of current settings made for the Utility key
