8 - 2 Report Utilities
Machine Counter
Various counters are performed, the counters are displayed on the message display by
using the Report function.
Displaying the Counters

Press the "Report" key to access the Report Utilities.

Press the "Report" key again, to acess the “MACHINE COUNTER” selection.

Press "Yes" key accept this selection.
The message display it shows the first counter of machine.

Use the Up or Down Arrow keys to display other counters.
For example: Press the Down Arrow key to display TOTAL SCAN counter.

After checking these counters, press "Yes" key to exit.

Press No/Clear key to return to the initial screen.
Counter Description
TOTAL PRINT Total print pages since the machine has been installed are
counted. Pick-up mistakes are not counted. Separation Jams
and Fuser Jams are counted.
TOTAL SCAN Total scanned pages since the machine has been installed are
counted.
PM COUNTER Total printed pages since PM part, transfer roller and fuser
unit, has been changed are counted. Pick-up mistake is not
counted.Separation Jams and Fuser Jams are counted.
TX PAGES Total transmitted pages since the fax kit option has been
installed are counted.
RX PAGES Total received pages since the fax kit option has been installed
are counted.
