Communication Setting
This section describes the choice available in Comm. Setting menu.
Setting LINE MONITOR
Use this to set speaker volume while monitoring the fax activity.

Press the "Program" key 6 times to display the message COMM.SETTING.

Press "2" of Keypad. A message is displayed briefly to confirm your selection.

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" key to select either HIGH, LOW or OFF.

Press "Yes" key

Press "No/Clear" key, to return to the initial state.
Choices Available Description
HIGH Speaker Volume is set at the loudest setting.
LOW Speaker Volume is set at the lowest asetting.
OFF No sound will be heard.
