If you are installing your ARN in an electronic equipment rack, make sure that the
rack meets the following specifications:
• Heavy-duty steel construction
• Electronic Industries Association (EIA) standard hole-spacing
• Width of 19 in. (48.26 cm)
• Depth of 24 in. (60.96 cm)
Electrical Specifications
Your installation site must meet the following power requirements:
• Proximity to wall receptacle: within 6 ft (1.8 m) of the ARN
• Voltage: 100 to 240 VAC
• Amperage: 0.5 to 1.0 A
Table C-1 lists the wall outlet requirements.
Environmental Specifications
The environmental requirements of the ARN are as follows:
• Altitude: 0 to 8,000 ft (0 to 2,438.4 m)
• Humidity: 10% to 90%, noncondensing
• Temperature: 32
°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C) stable
