Inquiry
The inquiry functions lets you con-
firm the telephone numbers to con-
tact for repairs or to order toner. Be
sure to contact your service engineer
to verify the following:

• Telephone No.
• Serial No. of the machine
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Sales Representative
• Telephone No.

Press the
{{{{User Tools/Counter}}}} key.
BBBB
Press the [Inquiry] key.
Inquiry information is displayed.
Printing inquiry information
A Press the [Print Inquiry List] key.
B Press the {{{{Start}}}} key.
Inquiry information is printed.
CCCC
Press the [Exit] key.
DDDD
Press the [Exit] key.
Changing the Display Language
You can change the language used on
the display. English is set as default
setting.
AAAA
Press the
{{{{User Tools/Counter}}}} key.
BBBB
Press the [Français] key.
The display language is changed to
French.
