DATA IN – Either Crossover to COMPUTER,
OR Straight-thru Cable to SWITCH.
DATA IN + POWER
Cable to CAMERA.

7.1. VIDEO CAMERA SETUP
NECESSARY TOOLS
Laptop computer with rights to change the IP Address.
Ethernet Cable with either of the following:
– Crossover cable direct to the pc and camera.
OR…
– Straight-through cables, switch, pc and camera.
NOTE: It is strongly advised to review all the elements of the Video Camera, and
fully study these instructions before altering this unit.
7.2. INSTALLING THE CAMERA WITHOUT FACTORY DEFAULTS
1. Plug in the PoE CABLE (Power over Ethernet) into the Video Camera.
2. Plug in the DATA CABLE to the Power Supply, either from a computer
or local switch.
3. Connect the POWER SUPPLY .
