5.4.6. SP298 PRINTER SETTINGS

For FB2550 Instrument Desktop and NEMA 4X
SERIAL communications, use cable 25932.
ACCESSING THE DIP SWITCHES
1. Remove all power from the printer, as well as all Network cables from
between the printer and the Instrument
.
2. Remove the PRINTER COVER .
3. Press down with a screwdriver at LOCATION “A” marked in the
illustration below, and carefully slide the Document Table in the direction
indicated by the arrow until it is out of the way.
– It is not necessary to remove the document table completely. Just move it
enough to access the DIP Switches inside.
4. Set the DIP SWITCHES into their correct positions.
5. Slide the Document Table back into place while pressing down at
LOCATION “A” .
6. Replace the PRINT COVER .
