To Obtain Repair Service (U.S.)
If you suspect that your RuggedReader is malfunctioning and repair is re-
quired, you can help assure efficient servicing by following these guidelines:
1. Call or e-mail In-Situ Technical Support ([email protected]). Have
the product model and serial number handy.
To locate the device serial number and other identification information:
a. Tap Start > Settings.
b. In the Settings window, tap the System tab.
c. Scroll down and tap System Config.
