0400h The HP Hardware Diagnostics utility
received a keyboard controller interface
error. Keyboard controller error.
Install new system board.
0401h The HP Hardware Diagnostics utility
issued commands to keyboard controller
and received improper responses. Keyboard controller error.
Install new system board.
0410h –
0411h Keyboard clock line is stuck low/high. Keyboard or keyboard controller error.
Check that keyboard is connected correctly.
If error persists, install new system board.
0412h –
0413h Keyboard data line is stuck low/high. Keyboard or keyboard controller error.
Check that keyboard is connected correctly.
If error persists, install new system board.
0414h The HP Hardware Diagnostics utility
issued a command to the keyboard and
either did not receive a response or
received an improper response. Keyboard or keyboard controller error.
Check that keyboard is connected correctly.
If error persists, install new system board.
