asynchronous protocols over a variety of electrical interfaces. The SWAN CRU object displayed by
OSM can be either a SWAN or SWAN 2 CRU. To distinguish between them, look at their
subcomponents.
Each SWAN CRU contains up to three CLIP s, each of which contains two SWAN Paths and two
WAN Lines , giving each SWAN CRU as many as six WAN ports.
Each SWAN 2 CRU contains these subcomponents:
Up to six SWAN 2 CLIP s, each of which contains two SWAN Paths and two WAN Lines,
giving each SWAN 2 CRU as many as twelve WAN ports

Part Number
The part number of the component that was assigned in manufacturing. Use
part numbers for identifying and ordering parts.
Track ID
A unique serial number that identifies the component. Track IDs are used for
tracking components.
Hardware Revision
A code that identifies the generation of the component. Hardware revision
codes are used for tracking components.
Logical
Adapter Type
The type of SWAN concentrator.
