pressure can be calculated. This is simply the pressure difference between intake manifold and
secondary fuel rail pressure. This table is used to setup the secondary injectors' latency
(response time) based on the secondary injector pressure and battery voltage.

Description: If a fuel pressure sensor is installed, injector pressure can be calculated. This is
simply the pressure difference between intake manifold and fuel rail pressure. This table allows
for an actual injector flow rate to be entered based on the injector pressure.
