MCH DISPLAY IN AUXILIARY MODE

If the ENTER key is held down, the display will enter the auxiliary mode and cycle

between two displays: a CONTROL display that indicates the H/O/A source (keypad or

terminal strip), speed reference source and the setting of the SPEED SOURCE key on

the keypad; and a TIME/kWh display that indicates total elapsed run time and kilowatt

hours. When the ENTER key is released, the display will return to the previous screen.

Examples of these displays are shown below.

The table below shows the possible SPEED REFERENCE SOURCE indications for the

CONTROL display in the auxiliary mode:

KEYPAD - p and q keys.

VDC

0 - 10 VDC analog input at TB-5A (In PID mode, this indicates that the

SETPOINT reference is a 0-10 VDC signal).

IDC

4 - 20 mA analog input at TB-5B (In PID mode, this indicates that the

SETPOINT reference is a 4-20 mA signal).

SP#1 - SP#4

PRESET SPEED #1 - PRESET SPEED #4

MKB

MANUAL KEYBOARD - The p and q keys are used for speed

control. This occurs in PID mode when the drive is put into HAND

(open-loop) mode.

AKB

AUTO KEYBOARD - The p and q keys are used as the PID

SETPOINT reference. This occurs in PID mode when the drive is put

into AUTO (closed-loop) mode.
