byte of the LPacket data, which contains the UCMM command code.

Lpacket Header for a Generic Tag:

The LPacket Header for a generic tag is composed of: Size + Control
bits + Connection ID (CID). The CID is composed of a Consumer or
Producer MAC ID plus a Connection Number.
