Click on the ControLinX in your project that is connected to the Aprilaire HVAC system. The IR/RS232
Settings tab for the ControLinX hosting an Aprilaire system displays in the right side of the window (see
Figure 5-31).

The IR/RS232 Settings tab allows you to configure the communications settings used to interface with the
external system. These settings are dependent on the external system. Consult the external systems manual
for the appropriate settings.
Table 5-21 provides information on the fields available on the IR/RS232 Settings tab.
