2. Click on the ControLinX in the MediaLinX MLA4000 you want to edit in the project.The IR/RS232 Settings
tab for the ControLinX using the General Purpose Driver/Serial displays in the right side of the window (see
Figure 5-34). This connection is for an RS232-controlled device or subsystem.

The IR/RS232 Settings tab allows you to configure settings for the external system. Consult the manual of the
interfaced system for the appropriate settings.
Table 5-24 provides information on the fields available for editing the IR/RS232 Settings tab.
