System Board LED Codes

CAUTION:

The power supplies in this system produce high voltages and energy hazards, which can cause

bodily harm. Only trained service technicians are authorized to remove the system cover and access any of

the components inside the system.

Errors that cannot be reported on the monitor during the boot routine can appear on the system board as a series of five lit or

flashing LEDs. The LEDs can only be seen when the system cover is removed (see

Figure 3-9

).
