Syntax
ip igmp startup-query-interval seconds
no ip igmp startup-query-interval
• seconds—Startup query interval. (Range: 1-300 seconds)
Default Configuration
31 seconds is the default interval value.

User Guidelines
This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example sets at 10 seconds the interval between general queries sent at startup
for VLAN 15.
console(config)#interface vlan 15
console(config-if-vlan15)#ip igmp startup-query-interval 10
ip igmp version
Use the ip igmp version command in Interface Configuration mode to configure the version of
IGMP for an interface.
Syntax
ip igmp version version
• version—IGMP version. (Range: 1-3)
Default Configuration
3 is the default version.
