B. GEAR PUMP

1. Fix the gear pump ass’y with a vise.

2. Loosen 4 bolts (23) and remove rear cover (21).

3. Disassembling snap ring (1) and bearing (2) of the

drive shaft.

4. Loosen second pump (20) and remove bushing

(16), sealing (14), (15), O-ring (19), drive gear shaft
2 (17) and passive gear (18).

5. Loosen cover (13) and coupling (12).

6. Loosen first pump (6) and remove bushing (9), seal-

ing (7), (8), O-ring (4), drive gear shaft 1 (10) and
passive gear (11).

48.0 ~ 55.9 N·m

4.9 ~ 5.7 kgf·m

35.4 ~ 41.2 lbf·ft

If the oil seal has been cracked or
aged, replace it with a new one when
assembling.

Be careful not to cause damages on
the sealing. If damaged, replace it with
a new one.

Pay attention to the assembling direc-
tion of the sealing when assembling.

7. Remove the oil seal attached to cover (front) (3).
