The barcode was read but data
was not sent to computer.

If the blue LED on the
communication unit is flashing,
the BL-N90 is connected to
another communication unit.

1) Check that the communication cable

is connected to the communication
unit.

2) Use the BL-N90 to read the BD

address barcode of the
communication unit to establish a
connection. (

3) Scan the initialization barcode.

If the blue LED on the
communication unit is lit, the
BL-N90 may be connected to
another communication unit.

1) Press the page button on the

communication unit to search for the
connected BL-N90 (

When using BL-N9R, the baud
rate, data length, parity, stop
bit length, and communication
format are different from the
computer settings.

Configure all of the communication
settings so that the BL-N90 and the
computer are the same (

When using BL-N9V, if the
upper case letters are showing
up as lower case letters, Caps
Lock is turned on for the
computer.

Turn Caps Lock off for the computer.

The keyboard localized
settings are different from the
keyboard used on the
computer.

Set the correct localized settings for the

Characters are dropped.

Adjust the inter-character delay setting

The barcode cannot be read.
