Indicator Control +CIND
Set command controls the registration state of ME indicators, in order to automatically send the +CIEV URC,
whenever the value of the associated indicator changes. The supported indicators (<descr>) and their order
appear from test command AT+CIND=?.
Read command returns the current value of ME indicators, in the format:
+CIND: <ind>[,<ind>[,…]]
Note: The order of the values <ind>s is the same order appears from test command AT+CIND=?
Test command returns pairs, where string value <descr> is a description (maximum of 16 characters) of the
indicator and compound value is the supported values for the indicator, in the format:
+CIND: ((<descr>, (list of supported <ind>s))[,(<descr>, (list of supported <ind>s))[,…]])
