When <auxmode>=1, the <time> format of +CCLK and +CALA is "yy/MM/dd,hh:mm:ss+zz". When <auxmode>=2
it is "yyyy/MM/dd,hh:mm:ss+zz".
Setting Time Format +CSTF
This command sets the time format of the time information presented to the user, which is specified by use of the
<mode> parameter. The <mode> affects the time format on the phone display and does not affect the time
format of the AT command serial interface, so it not actually not used.
Read command reports the currently selected <mode> in the format:
+CSTF: <mode>
Test command reports the supported range of values for <mode>.

HH:MM 24 hour clock. Default: 1.

Time Zone Reporting +CTZR
This command enables and disables the time zone change event reporting. If the reporting is enabled the MT
returns the unsolicited result code +CTZV: <tz> whenever the time zone is changed.
Read command reports the currently selected <onoff> in the format:
+CTZR: <onoff>
Test command reports the supported range of values for parameter <onoff>
