The following table lists the standard customer programmable settings for the Pegaso.

labels.

Checksum Requires the use of checksum characters to
verify a bar code.

in the label transmission

start and stop characters of Codabar labels.
The start and stop characters will both be

Label length must be 14, and the data is split

check and data characters. Maximum Label

imum Label Length.

Read Verifi-
cation Sets the number of times a label must be read
before it is transmitted.

User ID
Specifies the symbology identifier (if any) that
is sent when parameter Send Code ID (Index
0025) is set to 3. "ASCII" code zero (null) is
used to indicate that an identifier is not to be
sent for the symbology.
