Batteries do not stay
charged, contd.

Low battery
voltage.

Measure the battery
terminal voltage. If the
battery terminal voltage
is less than +6.00 Vdc
per battery, or +12.00
Vdc per battery bank,
the batteries need to be
charged.

If the battery terminal
voltage is at or above
+6.00 Vdc per battery,
or +12.00 Vdc per
battery pack, then the
batteries have sufficient
power to operate the
BRICK system for a
period of time
depending on their level
of charge.

If the terminal voltage
of any one battery
varies more than 10%
from the average of the
entire battery bank, then
that battery should be
replaced.
