Position display in a separate window
By selecting [ Window > Position data ] the positioning data
window is activated. This window displays the absolute
encoder position and the status of the incremental counter.
If the button has been activated, the measured data are
displayed as they are transmitted by the encoder. If however
the button has been activated, the encoder position is
converted into angular or linear information according to the
configuration of the encoder parameters.
For encoders without incremental signals, the incremental
display remains inactive.
