Alarms and warnings
By selecting the [ File > Load encoder configuration > From
encoder ] and by clicking the “operating status“ memory area,
you call a view of the alarm, warning and write protection
words. Clicking the respective data word, e.g. an alarm word,
opens another window showing a more detailed definition of
the word. Double-clicking the button changes
automatically to the encoder status window. These windows
show the alarms and any associated warnings that help you
find the cause of the error.
In the example shown above there was a positioning error that
could be caused, for example, by excessive frequency.
