When using a USB connection, the unit isn't recognized by a
mobile device.
•
Connect the USB power adapter (or mobile battery) and USB cable
correctly. See: Connections (page 37).
•
Change the USB power adapter (or mobile battery) or USB cable.
Bluetooth connection cannot be established. / Bluetooth
connection is interrupted.
•
If devices generating electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz band
(such as a microwave oven, wireless LAN or another Bluetooth
device) are located nearby, move them away from the unit or stop
using them.
•
If your mobile device is far away, move it closer to the unit. If there is
a wall, obstacle, etc. which may be interrupting the connection, move
your mobile device or the unit.
Sound
Sound isn’t output, is too quiet, or is distorted.
•
Set the
[TRIM]
knob, channel fader, crossfader, and
[MASTER
LEVEL]
knob to the correct positions. See: Playing a track (page 51)
•
Connect the connection cable properly. See: Connections (page 37)
•
Clean the terminals and plugs before connecting the cable to the unit.
•
If sound is distorted, change the buffer size for your DJ software.
Microphone sound can’t be output.
•
Set the
[MIC ATT.]
knob and
[MIC LEVEL]
knob to the correct
positions. See: Mixer section (page 25) Rear panel (page 34)
